Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for an experience product due to your convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
*4~7 days before the experience date: 30% of the experience fee
*3~2 days before the experience date: 40% of the experience fee
*The day before the experience date: 50% of the experience fee
*On the day of the experience: 100% of the experience fee
If you do not notify us in advance and one hour has passed since the reservation time, it will be automatically canceled as a no-notice cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the experience fee.
*The number of days is calculated on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Refund Processing
If a cancellation fee is incurred due to the cancellation policy, the experience fee minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.
Refunds will be made through the credit card used.
・Refund processing date: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.
・Refund completion date: Depends on your credit card company. Please note that it may take about 1~2 months from the date of refund processing.

About reservation changes
Changes cannot be made after the reservation has been made.
If you wish to make a change, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that in this case, cancellation regulations will also apply and a prescribed cancellation fee may be charged.
Please note that depending on availability, you may not be able to make a reservation again.
